It heats well and has a low energy eco button for when the unit is not operating to conserve energy. The downside is after 2 weeks the button you push to open the door does not open the door by itself. Now you have to push the door opener button with one hand and grab the door to pull it open.open.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use We bought the microwave a couple of weeks ago and so far so good, it's working great. The microwave is very easy to use. The only draw back is the controls are dark and hard to see but other than that we are very pleased with it.

On the LG LCS1112, is the plug flat (right angle) or a straight plug?

Hello I bought this microwave from home depot as an open box and didn't realize until I got home that it was missing the glass plate and the thing it turns on.   Can I buy these parts?

I bought this microwave at lowes in October 2016. About three times a month the microwave won't turn off when I close the door. There is no time on the clock and it rotates but doesn't heat up.

Would an electrical storm short out the microwave? We bought this microwave in November 2015, it stormed last night and seemed to work fine this morning and now it doesn't start. The clock ticks down but its not heating or spinning.

Our new oven does not sit flat on our counter top (it is perfectly even and previous miceowave was level). we have tried adjusting the black "pads" underneath that appear to be for leveling but it does not fix it, it rocks back and forth.Any suggestions?
