Regarding LG top structure and customer service, excellent! They certainly care about the customer.

Rubbish product
Bought 2 of these units within 12 months of each other. Both packed up. Stopped heating. Seems to be a common issue with LG microwaves. Size and features are otherwise best in class. It’s a pity that they are so unreliable.

The WhatsApp does not work. It is as helpful as the microwave when the magnetron gives in.

I fully agree. I had mine repaired in Midrand on the 29th September 2021. They replaced the magnetron. It stopped working again on the 6 January 2022. At this rate I should just replace the unit. This must be reported far and wide because I do not foresee a replacement or a refund.
This premium product came at a premium price so to be repairing it every 3 months is robbery and an inconvenience.

Large size a great plus
Really glad we bought this microwave. The large 56L size is ideal and really makes cooking/warming large dishes easy.
