Great sound and app selection
I bought this about 8 months ago and was thrilled. The sound is great, easy to bounce back and forth between all apps and inputs. Great app selection though I wish hbomax would be added. I did have an issue with the picture about 4 months in where there was a white line going vertically upward in the middle of the screen. LG was really helpful and sent someone to replace it. However the new screen also has issues. If they are able to fix/replace this as well I can say I'm happy with the purchase, although it's not even been a year and more issues than I would have liked.

Picture glitches; shuts off while watching program
I am so disappointed in this tv. The picture glitches and I called LG and talked to a support person to help me trouble shoot but it still glitches. TV also shuts off or kicks you off while watching. I have done all the troubleshooting w that as well. My internet speed is not the issue. There was not a guide that came w the tv for set up or troubleshooting so every time I have an issue I have to call customer support which is only open limited hours during the day. I do not recommend this product.

Only lasted 4 months until it quit working!
Super Bowl weekend - and still no working TV! This TV quit working approximately 4 months after purchase. The screen went black with no video. LG support recommended that they send a repair person out to repair the television, as it was under warranty. I have been waiting for 3 weeks (and counting) for the LG warranty repair. Until they come, we have been without a TV.

Great picture and features.
Excellent picture. Just adjust the brightness to get more of the cinematic effect you might be accustomed to on screens with lesser picture quality.
