Awesome Features
We bought this about 2 weeks ago and so far it’s been great and the features are cool. It has an option wherein you can adjust the percentage of the power it uses which I think will help a lot in our bill. Recommending this unit for those who are looking for energy saver with lots of power.

Great Aircon, But malfunctioning remote!
I bought this aircon 8 months ago. The best feature for my convenience is the ThinQ. I can connect my aircon to my google home and ask google to set the temperature and turn it on and off. The remote started malfunctioning by the 5th month. It may have been earlier but I never noticed cause I barely use the remote.

I called the service center and apparently a malfunctioning remote is not covered by warranty!! I'd have to purchase a new remote on Shopee or Lazada and a new remote is P850. It's quite a big inconvenience as it is not my fault that the remote started to malfunction. I called LG about it and they were kind enough to send me the links to Lazada and Shopee

The aircon unit itself I am very happy with my experience. Having a broken remote is just very inconvenient and the fact that it's not included in the warranty makes it worse. Hope LG reconsiders this.

Worst AC experience
We bought this a year ago for our bedroom. At first it was okay, but starting this year the AC won't cool the room as it should be. It doesn't reach the goal temperature. If you set it at 18, it would be at 26. It only reached 25.5 when I chose PO. Had it checked and they said there's no issue with the unit. Even on a rainy, it won't reach the set temp. Frustrating.

Same problem with your unit. You are lucky that it reaches 1year before experiencing that problem. Our unit experience it on the day we purchase it. We set the temperature to 16 ° , but luckily it only reaches 25.5 ° just like your problem. So frustrating. We reported it immediately to the store but they tell us that the technician will test the unit first. Nothing change even the technician do alot of test and troubleshooting. The process to replaced the unit takes more than 1 month. We are now having phobia that this new unit will experience the same problem in the future. :( :( 😞 😓 😩
