LG has been my brand of choice due to its excellent after sales support. For the product it self, I would rate it at 3 stars since there are better brands like Daikin D-King model, etc.

Aircon installation was really a big hassle. Installation was done incorrectly. Leaks were encountered due to this. Backjob scheduling was also very inconvenient. I specifically scheduled for Saturday morning (days after the reported leak since they don't have available schedule) but the technicians went after lunch. So, the back job did not push through since condo rules only allow work in the morning on weekends. This has been a very bad purchasing experience due to the Abensons/Smile Server company. I would definitely recommend this product but get it from Ansons or SM Store. The free installation from Smile Serve is NOT worth it. Trust me on this! Hide Review

I bought this November of 2021. Fast forward to May 2023, it's not cooling anymore. As a result, constantly consuming electricity at its highest.

I just bought this product last April 25, 2023 and 1 day after, leaks came out. Technicians had already checked it 4x and until today my unit has a leak and water splash problem.. I am not able to use my unit because splashes and leaks keep on coming out when I start to open and use it.. I don't know if it's an installation problem or the unit itself is defective because those technicians are saying that they had already done all necessary troubleshooting and adjustments for my unit but still the problem of my unit is still there. Hoping for an immediate response. Thank you.

I just recently purchased this product and I love the smart things that come with any appliances like this for example. and the controls of the AC is very easy to use, monitor in the app, and the features does not let you worry about anything.

Great features but…
I bought this product 2 weeks ago due to the specifications and tech it includes. So far so good. It works. I have yet to test it for summer days however. The product says HS12IPX (without N). I’ve asked the store and told me that it is the same with HSN12IPX. I also reached out to LG CS who promise to call me back but never did (I have 2 overdue call back request tickets now), who told me that the N stands for the outdoor unit and the indoor is HSU, so it is the same. However, the page says it has heating capability but mine doesn’t. Their CS also told me that my unit does not come with power fluctuation protection while LG Philippines page indicates it has. Now I can’t find anyone to ask whether I should purchase a separate voltage regulator or not. I’m as much confused whether their CS staff are not knowledgeable or some of the features listed here are just pure non-sense marketing. Their CS staff are unresponsive. Their online call appointment system is useless. And not much information about their trademarked feature too. I want to know how much ozone particles this product’s ionizer produces but nothing can be found. I’m pretty sure their CS know nothing about it too. This is the first LG I purchased and I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t be purchasing another one. Features are good. But I wouldn’t recommend this if you don’t want hassle in finding information or getting support. The guidelines in writing reviews here says “avoid writing about installation or customer service: contact us instead”. Yeah right, tour unresponsive CS?
