LG REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Eligibility

The LG Referral Program is open to legal residents of 50 United States (including D.C.) who are eighteen years old or older (each, a “Participant”).

“Senders” for the LG Referral Program are limited to Participants who have an LG Account. Senders must inform all potential Referrals that Sender will receive a Reward in the event a purchase is made by the Referral. Employees of LG Electronics U.S.A., Inc. (or an affiliated company), influencers and reviewers of LG products are not eligible to participate in this program.

“Referrals” are limited to Participants who establish a new LG Account as part of their participation in the Program. “Referrals” must be invited by Senders and purchase an LG “Eligible Product” (defined below) on LG.com. The Program is solely for personal and noncommercial use. Referrals must (i) have an existing personal relationship with the Sender (i.e., friends, colleagues, or relatives of the Sender), and (ii) be new LG.com customers (they must not have previously created an account on LG.com).

 The LG Referral Program is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

How the Program Works

a. Senders must have an LG Account and follow the links and instructions on the Program Landing Page to invite Referrals by email, individual private social media accounts, text or direct message on a peer-to-peer basis. Public or bulk sharing of Referral links, including, but not limited to, on public social media, coupon sites, bulk email, or any other public forum or misused by Sender or Referral will disqualify Sender from participating in the program and earning rewards. LG reserves the right to reverse any accumulated rewards believed to be earned through suspicious or prohibited activity.

b. The Referral must follow the link they receive to the Landing Page to create an LG Account. Once the LG Account is verified, the Referral will be provided a unique 5% Discount Code off Eligible Products. Eligible Products do not include Televisions, Sound Bars, parts and accessories, subscriptions, or services (including Installation and Haul-Away). There is a $150.00 maximum discount per SKU. Multiple products may receive the discount if made during the same order. The 5% Discount Code will be valid for six (6) months after date of issue. The 5% Discount Code cannot be transferred, sold, assigned or shared, and may only be used by the original intended recipient of the code. The 5% Discount Code cannot be used in combination with any other promotion or discount.

c. For the Sender to qualify for a Reward, the Referral must use the 5% Discount Code on LG.com to purchase Eligible Products with a total cart value of $200 or more (“Qualified Purchase”), exclusive of the Referral's 5% discount and the value of other purchased products or services, if any.

d. If the requirements in 2.c above are met, Sender will receive one (1) credit with a $50.00 value on LG.com (“Reward”) per Qualified Purchase. The Reward cannot be transferred, sold, assigned or shared. The Reward is not personal property, cannot be purchased, and has no cash value. LG may update the Rewards offered or discontinue offering specific Rewards at the sole discretion of LG. The Reward will be added to the Sender's Rewards account approximately thirty-five (35) days after a Referral completes the Qualified Purchase. A Qualified Purchase is deemed completed after the expiration of the applicable return period, provided that Referral does not return the eligible product(s). Rewards are not for resale. There is no limitation on sharing the referral link, but Rewards are limited to no more than $1,500.00 in total Rewards per calendar year. Rewards will expire five (5) years after date of issue.

Participant's Personal Information

Information collected in connection with the LG Rewards Program will be handled in accordance with the LG Privacy Policy located at: https://privacy.us.lg.com/policies

Termination/Suspension

In its sole discretion, LG may suspend or terminate access to the LG Account, the Referral Program, or Rewards, in whole or in part, disqualify, and/or withhold Rewards, if LG believes a Participant is tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Program, is ineligible to receive a Reward for any legal reasons, or may be engaging in activities that violate these Referral Terms. LG may change, modify, discontinue or cancel the Referral Program or any part of the Program, at any time and in its sole discretion, without notice to Participants. Access and continued participation in the Program following any such changes or modifications confirms your acceptance. At the point of discontinuance or cancellation, the right to use the Program and earn Rewards ends. Participants may use any accumulated Rewards until they expire as provided herein. The Program is available only to customers residing in the fifty (50) U.S. states and the District of Columbia and is not available in other locations.
