LG Central South Europe HR Team is looking for a highly dedicated HR professional who ready for regional HR challenges and passionate enough to work in a fast paced multicultural environment.

Key Tasks:
• Being responsible for full administration of all employee-related matters and personnel data
• Salary and incentive management-related activities: Working closely with Payroll
• Labor Cost/C&B preparation and monthly administration support
• Resource planning and labor-related expense reporting
• HR processes administration with focus on organizational changes in HRIS
• Active participation in recruitment and onboarding new staff
• Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements
• Supporting employee lifecycle processes and contributing to planning and policy developments
• Monitoring and implementing the latest changes in the Labor Code and other employee-related regulations including mandatory social insurance processes
• Maintaining Employee Handbook
• HR stakeholder management
Main requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate HR, preferably in multinational environment
• Solid understanding of employment regulations and HR processes
• University or college degree
• Native Hungarian and very good English and strong excel knowledge is a must
• Excellent communication skills and proactive cooperation as team player
• Demonstrated success in organizational and problem-solving skills and delivering results
