Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good TV, bad smartTV The screen is great, but the Samsung menu is more intuitive and I can't believe a TV this expensive don't come with Bluetooth for headphones and speakers. That is shameless

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great overall but.. The tv is great in its features style ect. But there is a problem with the web browser with the inability to fully open some sites eg. twitch and watch streams.Which is related to the lack of the twitch app in the content store.Except for that everything else is awesome.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from EXCELLENT QUALITY AND SYSTEM This LG tv is one of the best smart tv's I have purchased. The WebOs 2.0 is easy to use, smart and intuitive - the sleek look is appealing to all and the picture quality is sharp, vibrant and clear - watching 4K content was a breeze. I recommend this television to anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 49" LG Ultra HD 4K TV ....Brilliant !!! Picture clarity is fantastic, the novelty has worn off now though as we went from a standard definition TV to 4K so a massive jump in picture quality for us. As for the complaints I've seen about sound, for a normal sized room the sound is fine, its more than loud enough and uncomfortable when turned up fully ok it's not a deep resounding bass that rattles your chest, but then the two speakers it has are small, they have to be to fit in the TV !!! .... if you're a lover of bass and power invest in a sound bar, but for normal day to day viewing its perfect New firmware had to be loaded on manually via USB stick as the update from the TV didn't work, strangely no matter how many times I tried the update, and I knew the update was there I could see it on the website. New firmware dramatically increased speed of smart tv menus etc and made it very useable.....I am looking forward to the crippled Webos 3.0 (crippled apparently because the newer TV's will have better and faster processors) Can't figure out how to share video/music content FROM the tv to other DLNA devices as we have a large 3TB NTFS hard disk connected via USB to it, maybe it can't and it can only view other DLNA shares. As for viewing other DLNA shares its faultless finds them every time Bluetooth has drawn a massive blank, I've tried to connect bluetooth devices to it but it fails to see them or pair, I think maybe that's down to the type of bluetooth device I'm trying to pair with it, to be honest I haven't really explored that side of it very much, I suspect that's for sound bar territory which we don't have. Casting to the TV via android and iphone work flawlessly with either music or will also mirror your Samsung Galaxy S5 perfectly, I presume other androids will also work as flawlessly I'd recommend connecting the TV to a 5Ghz wifi router, a 54G router struggles with delivering the content when other users are using the internet, it's flawless on 5GHz because of the higher bandwidth, it works very well on our BT Homehub 4 It hasn't failed to display any type of video yet and plays most music formats except FLAC, MKV videos can at times be a bit choppy but I think that's down to the way it was encoded more than the TV itself, as some MKV encoded videos are absolutely fine. For what we use it for it's flawless and I haven't found anything about it that I couldn't sort out Would I recommend it to other ? definitely, for a foot in the door of 4K to give you a bit of future proofing you can't knock it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sharp picture, poor sound Picture is sharp but sound quality is poor. The TV comes with two plastic feet for the TV to stand on but again, the quality of these is poor. They are grey and plastic and do not keep with the look of the TV.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to operate tv with stunning picture quality Pros:- Excellent picture quality with vibrant colour. Clean styling & easy to use. Cons:- Moderate sound quality-could be improved with the addition of a graphic equaliser. The feet do not look in keeping with the rest of the design-an oval traditional base may have been a better option but would have increased the price.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice TV, slim and trim The 4k feature is great, however it does make older films/programmes less desirable to watch. It would be useful if the default setting at the start was on HD channels. However the only issue we have is the sound level. We are having to change volume levels for different programmes/films and channels, which is a pain. Not sure if it is a consequence of how we set it up. It does have a central pillar stand, which meant the 'legs' at each side. Again our fault but had to get a larger (wider) TV unit to accommodate it. Overall the TV is a good product, with good quality picture and sound and connectivity.
