NETFLIX INCOMPATIBILITY ISSUE FROM MOBILE APP TO WEBOS TV
Customers may encounter issue whereby Netflix App on their mobile phone won’t connect or play on their LG webOS TV.
Customers may encounter issue whereby Netflix App on their mobile phone won’t connect or play on the LG webOS TV.
Case scenario no. 1: mobile device attempting to push Netflix streaming video content to LG webOS TV but fails as message on screen (smartphone’s) reads “Could not connect to [LG] webOS TV. Although failure attributed to mobile device and TV not connected to same Home Network and both opened up under different account profiles, Netflix trying to correct the matter.
Case scenario no. 2: Netflix streaming video content won’t load and play to LG webOS TV despite both devices connected to the same home network and both operating under the same Netflix account profile.
Netflix has been made aware of this unfortunate situation and are working at identifying the root cause in order to fix it.

From the Smartphone > access Netflix App > Tap the “More” option at the bottom right of the screen > select Help > Tap Call button.
