What People Are Saying

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Slowly died We bought this TV new in 2010. It's had a somewhat grainy picture for as long as I can remember. After only 2 years, these lines of dead pixels started appearing covering the width of the TV. Their visibility largely depended on whatever colours were on screen. There were about 13 at one point but they slowly started to go away, now there's only 1 and there's another that's hardly noticeable. Then one day I turn on the TV and there was this loud fuzz sound for a split second and the picture was extremely grainey and there were dead pixels scattered all over the screen. Most of the dead pixels were only noticeable on bright colours and with energy saver off or low. This happened about 6 months ago. Today, I turned on the TV and it's really bad, images that appear on screen seem to burn in for a few seconds and black images on screen can stay for up to 10 minutes. I will not be replacing this with a LG TV. We also bought a much smaller Samsung LCD TV about a month after this one and it still works like new. You'd think they'd have had reliable plasma TVs by 2010

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Life's Good We have had this TV for just over a year and it works wonderful. Put it on the wall for better viewing. It has all the features that you could want. It's capable of K4 but so far Bell hasn't been able to provide this. Am looking forward to the K4 in the near future....I hope.
