Might have factory defect
i bought this 2 weeks ago and i am very disappointed on the result of washing my clothes, it spin very slow on washing, it didn't even remove the very light stain orange kojic soap on my clothes, and even on rinsing, i put a fabric conditioner and it stains my clothes after rinsing! i am very disppointed i really want to cry! what is the problem with this product!? it spins so slow my clothes did not even change its position during ... view More

DECEIVING SPECS
I bought a washing Machine a week ago with model number 6.5Kg Top Load Washing Machine, Turbo Drum and I am very disappointed on the performance of the washing machine on washing my clothes. It washes very very slow and it spin very slow, it not even mixed the detergent soap I put. And even on rinsing the clothes its like it did not undergo washing..The washing machine was so expensive but the performance was very disappointing..

Whoever designed this product is a complete idiot. This washing machine is useless. It doesn't even clean my clothes. Do not buy this product. It is a company waste of money.

Not worth buying
Kung pwede lang 0 star, yun talaga ang ire-rate ko.
1. Hindi nakakalinis ng damit.
2. Mahina. At hindi sya umiikot, side by side lang ang peg nya.
3. Walang kwenta. Mas maganda pa pag tinapak tapakan mo yung damit mo. Mas nalilinis pa. Ni hindi kayang tumunaw ng detergent powder, hindi rin napapabula yung liquid detergent dahil sa napaka bagal nya.
4. Paniwalaan nyo yung mga reviews dito kung ayaw nyong lumipad yung perang pinaghirapan nyo. Hindi lahat ng product ng LG maganda.
5. Lg, please I pull out nyo na yung mga gan’tong product nyo. Maawa kayo sa tao.

WASTING OF MONEY
Poor performance. I thought its only the unit that I bought, but upon checking the reviews here in the website. All customer who purchased this useless and nonsense washing machine had the same issue. You should need to pull out this unit. Aside from giving us inconvenience, masisira din ang company nyo because of this model. I already contacted your customer service for replacement but they did not guarantee na mapapalitan ang unit ko. Sucks LG!

Very disappointed ako sa washing na ito.akala ko pangit lang yung detergent na gamit ko kaya hindi naaalis ung stain sa damit.mahina lang talaga pagikot ng washing.sayang ang pera.

This w. machine is a very poor quality slow washing spin it can not even remove a light stain useless am just wasting my money for this product not recommended to buy this item.

Waste of money
I’m sorry to tell you this, but super waste of money itong inverter na 6.5kgs ni LG. Hindi nag wowork yung washing gaya ng ineexpect ko, as in hinele lang yung damit ko at di man lang nalinis. Para kang bumili ng spinner na mahal na version dahil spinner lang yung gumana ng matino. Dapat mapull out na tong model na to at nonsense washing nyo.

Its a waste of money. Aside from it doesnt really clean the cloths, just 3x of using we already had problem. This equipment deserve 0 rating.
