Why does the audio go out of sync on my LG DVD / Blu-ray player?
Checkpoint
Due to the many different connection possibilities with Blu-ray players, there are times when the audio and video may become out of sync.
In order to correct the situation you will need to determine the connection type you are getting the issue with.
Some televisions have an AV Sync adjustment option that could be used in this type of connection setup. If the device has this option, use these adjustments in the audio menu of the TV to make any necessary adjustments to the sync levels.

Some home theater systems have an AV Sync adjustment option that could be used in this type of connection setup. If the device has this option, use these adjustments in the audio menu of the HTS to make any necessary adjustments to the sync levels.
If you are still receiving audio/video sync issues, it may be necessary to connect the Blu-ray player directly to the television to correct the issue.
If the files you are trying to play were downloaded and written to a disc by you:
If the latest version of codec is not used, there may be an audio delay while playing files on the player.
This may require you to check for software updates on the Blu-ray player and the disc writing software you are using.
If codec is not the issue, some movies dub audio tracks after the video recording is complete.
This could result in mismatching in the file itself.
