I would like to update my handset via the LG Support Tool but having some problems, what am I doing wrong?
1. Please make sure the USB driver are downloaded onto your computer as these help your computer communicate
with your phone.
2. Our software needs to be run on a 32-bit Windows processor. The software can run on Windows 64-bit however there
may be compatibility issues.
3. Our software also needs to be downloaded on Internet Explorer, as other browser sometimes exclude .exe files.
These are vital for our software to work.
4. Make sure your computer and other programs are updated.
5. Check your computer for any viruses as this might hinder to performance of your software
