Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality Used for about 18 months and the picture went black. I still have sound so I believe it is the main motherboard which to get repaired cost more than the TV. I can’t seem to locate a replacement motherboard to do it myself.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed I bought this TV in Feb. 2016 and the screen has now had a blue tint to it for months. I just discovered recently that this happens due to a faulty led component built into LGs brand and has been getting progressively worse as I continue to watch it. I did not think that I'd have to entertain getting another TV but it seems I will have to break down and get one because it is not pleasant to watch the TV in its current state. I will not be purchasing an LG.. Unfortunately.

Got TV with out remote ..was working with the little nob under it ..mate reset it now won't turn on but light works ..any ideas

Forgot pin code have digital antenna for some reason lost all 3 channel 10s still have all the rest but it won't let me program channels into it without the code and parental lock is on also

Hello, to reset the password/pin, try "0000" then "1111" then "2222" and finally "3333" Only continue on until it unlocks it and then that will be the code. ^AC

I bought 43 LG 640T from LG brand shop Lahore Pakistan. I was curious to watch 4k contents. I downloaded a 3840 2160 pixel content from torrent. i put the file into USB and tried to play. Sadly it didnt play properly only sound there. what i do next pleas

Regrettably, we do not have access to documentation that lists all of the pre-loaded apps on the Model 43UF6400, but most of the more popular apps like Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Google Play Movies, and VUDU can be found on the TV. Compatible apps can be downloaded from the LG Content Store (App Store). ^CP

How to hook up DVD player model # DP132. hook it up according to the instructions provided, played in black and white.

If the unit is playing in black and white, it would mean it is connected incorrectly. Please be sure you are connecting the unit from composite (white, red and yellow) to composite and not composite to component (red, blue, and green). ^AC

how can I do a factory reset on an LG 43UF6400 TV? My picture is "scrambled" - will a rest fix it?

Press the SETTINGS gear button, located to the left of the UP directional arrow button. Scroll down to the ADVANCED button which will bring up the detailed SETTINGS menu. Locate the GENERAL SETTINGS sub-menu, which should contain the INITIAL SETTINGS function. This should reset the TV to its factory specifications
