Bought 2 yrs ago, but coils always freezing/icing from time to time.,

-Laging nag yeyelo yung front grill,.
-Hindi lumalamig.,
-Naka ilang linis na ganun pa din.,
-Hindi maayos ng mga technician
-Ang bilis masira wala pang 2 yrs
-Yung tubig umaagos sa harapan
-Walang after sales support
-Disposable units, no quality
-Dapat i-recall ng LG yung mga palyadong units
-LG should take full responsibility and replace it with a new one

my 2yrs old LG .hp dual inverter window type got error code ch67. I reported it to customer service on 4/20/23. Earliest
technician available just for the checkup was 4/27/23. on 4/27/23 their technician (ENTHALPY REFRIGERATION AND AIRCONDITIONING SERVICES) said the problem was the fan motor. he said they will be calling me for updates, price, etc. after a week i havent got any updates from them. i called LG customer service and the agent said Enthalpy will be calling me soon. when i talked to Enthalpy's agent he said they are still waiting for the part and they cant give me the exact date for fixing my aircon. even in shopee you could buy the fan motor for this particular model! and this is a common problem with their aircon but they dont have parts on hand! checkup fee is 750 which you need to pay after the checkup. so they wouldnt mind fixing your aircon immediately since they got 750 from you already. i just bought a new carrier aircon and im not going to buy LG products anymore. very disappointing

At first I am very hesitant, I did a lot of research to make sure that I am not going to waste my money. But one thing is for sure this is one of the best purchased ever!! Worth the price. True to claims. Good job LG!!!

Regardless if you believe in God or not, read this message!!

Throughout history, we can see how we have been slowly conditioned coming to this point where we are on the verge of a cashless society. Did you know that Jesus foretold of this event almost 2,000 years ago?

In the book of Revelation 13:16-18, we will read,

"He (the false prophet who deceives many by his miracles--Revelation 19:20) causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666."

Referring to the last generation, this could only be speaking of a cashless society. Why? Revelation 13:17 says that we cannot buy or sell unless we receive the mark of the beast. If physical money was still in use, we could buy or sell with one another without receiving the mark. This would contradict scripture that states we need the mark to buy or sell!

These verses could not be referring to something purely spiritual as scripture references two physical locations (our right hand or forehead) stating the mark will be on one "OR" the other. If this mark was purely spiritual, it would indicate both places, or one--not one OR the other!

This is where it comes together. It is incredible how accurate the Bible is concerning the implantable RFID microchip. Here is information from a man named Carl Sanders who worked with a team of engineers to help develop this RFID chip:

"Carl Sanders sat in seventeen New World Order meetings with heads-of-state officials such as Henry Kissinger and Bob Gates of the C.I.A. to discuss plans on how to bring about this one-world system. Mr. Sanders asked a doctor what would happen if the lithium contained within the RFID microchip leaked into the body. The doctor replied by saying a terrible sore would appear in that location. This is what the book of Revelation says:

"And the first (angel) went, and poured out his vial on the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore on the men which had the mark of the beast, and on them which worshipped his image" (Revelation 16:2).

The third angel's warning in Revelation 14:9-11 states,

Good unit and good features

We like it so much. My room cools faster, quite noisy but not too noisy. We love the energy saver feature so I can save electricity bill. Also the room wont be super cold because it stops when it reaches your assigned temperature and turns on again if its getting hot. I have been actively recommending this product to my friends

My house is run by LG, refs, washing machine & 2 aircons. This window aircon is absolutely what I expected. Great features and easy to use with fantastic options . Thanx LG I am one happy customer

I bought one last September 2021 through Remal Sales at a very low price (discounted promotion) and have been using it since. I like how it is very easy to operate and easier to clean/maintain. I had no issues with how it works - cools our room very quickly. And they are true to their word that this is quiet! It was one of our apprehensions at first, but glad we went ahead and purchased this due to the savings. I read a lot of feedbacks on this air conditioner, but having a LG ref, TV, washer, I am a very satisfied owner. As for electricity consumption, we use this around 10-15 hours a day and it's only around 200-300php/month in our bill. Great purchase!

I bought this unit online because it says it has .80HP capacity but when I received the unit, it was only .75HP. The LG promoter from Anson's says that the .80HP only refers to the model's name which is clearly misleading because in the description it says it's .80HP. I would have considered other aircon brands with .75HP had I known that this model was in fact a .75HP just like the others.

Enjoyed it only for a couple of months. After almost a year, coils are starting to freeze. Our unit was cleaned every 3 to 4months and tech from store already check it, they even brought our unit back to their store to observe its operation. They never gave us a clear answer as to why it keeps freezing. Props to LG customer service, their thinqApp CS feature works but I am really disappointed with the unit. We bought this even if it is so expensive for a .8 hp AC in hopes to save electricity. Now we keep the AC ON and 2 fans On as well to help the cooling faster.
Buy a split type AC or non inverter AC, THEY ARE EASY TO FIX. LG's Innovation are way too advanced that techs here in PH can't fix their unit.
