UPDATE: LG's accredited technician LUVTECH quickly responded and fixed my fan motor in no time! But since I am beyond warranty, I paid for it.

I bought this March 2021 and it still works, but IT IS TOO LOUD NOW!!! It's like there's a truck. LG I would like to request a technician, please.

Do not buy!
Unit will be good at first, but after 1 to 2 years the performance of the unit will not live up to specs anymore. After sales service will only rely on an analysis app that does not reflect the users experience. Technicians for service centers should be called just cleaning services, as that is all that they can do. Its just brand, dont choose this one.

CH ERROR CODE 67
We have been using the AC for almost 2 years and now encountered error code CH 67 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EEgYs6tYRew as per video and found out that the issue is the inverter motor drive needs to be replaced.

I am contacting LG to fix it. and soon to update this upon fixing and continue the review. I hope their support is fast and reliable. :)

Weak fan
After a year of use, the fan became weak.
It is not how it used to be, it takes a while to cool down our room.
At first, you can feel the cool breeze 3 meters away from the unit, but now you need to go as close as a meter to feel the breeze.

Sira daw ang main board sabi ng lg tech. I immediately asked for a replacement.

Wire harness contact points rust!
The performance was ok when it was newer but in the mid to long term use like 2-4 years the bad quality of the parts become obvious.In particular the wire harness contact points rusted resulting to errors in operation!And inverters are complex and with sensitive parts!Moisture protection to wirings are poor and very small wires and contact points used!

Bumili ako ng 0.8 hp LG inverter dual compressor compact size window type last September 2020.

Since August 2022 nagyeyelo at d na lumalamig kahit ipalinis. Pano kaya yan bakit ang bilis naman masira. Nagcheck ako ng reviews and almost lahat ng customer na bumili ay same issue. Even appliance centers nagsabi nagrereklamo ang mga customer. Contacted via WhatsApp but no answer. LG pakisagot naman please thanks.

Not cooling after only a year
I bought this unit on Feb 2022 and I've encountered numerous problem with it that I even had it repaired when it was less than a year old. It was also energy efficient at its first few months that I only pay 1,900-2,300 as the highest but now even with the same consumption my bill rose up to 3,000 plus. Fast forward to today, it's not cooling again and am about to have a schedule for repair for the 2nd time this yr. So disappointed.
