Bumili ako ng 0.8 hp LG inverter dual compressor compact size window type last September 2020.

Since August 2022 nagyeyelo at d na lumalamig kahit ipalinis. Pano kaya yan bakit ang bilis naman masira. Nagcheck ako ng reviews and almost lahat ng customer na bumili ay same issue. Even appliance centers nagsabi nagrereklamo ang mga customer. Contacted via WhatsApp but no answer. LG pakisagot naman please thanks.

I bought this unit on Feb 2022 and I've encountered numerous problem with it that I even had it repaired when it was less than a year old. It was also energy efficient at its first few months that I only pay 1,900-2,300 as the highest but now even with the same consumption my bill rose up to 3,000 plus. Fast forward to today, it's not cooling again and am about to have a schedule for repair for the 2nd time this yr. So disappointed.

I bought this on November 2022 and noticed that it’s not that cold anymore. When I checked it, there’s an ice behind front grille. I’m very disappointed. I bought it to save money on electricity but the cost on the repair is more expensive! It’s only been 5 months since we bought it but there’s already a problem with it. No one is responding to my messages. No one is calling me. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Very disappointed.

I never fell in love with an AC before. I mean I couldn't imagine buying other brand that's not as smart as LG airconditioning. I love the fact that I never really had to use remote control since I can always turn it on and off remotely with LG ThinQ app, though I wish it could support Siri Shortcut in the future so I can also simply tell Siri to turn on my AC since I am transitioning to a smart home. One thing I noticed is how fast it accumulates dirt (it has nothing to do with cleaning the filter) that I always have to hire a service maintenance for cleaning for every three months (instead of 6 months) so that my AC would stay cold as it should be or not have any water leakage problems or water getting stuck at the back which is part of normal issues if the AC is already dirty. So guys, you already know what to do when it's not cold, if it is leaking water, or if the drain hole at the back gets clogged that it stops draining water. Just call a professional who can clean the AC. It's a maintenance issue. I noticed that the higher temperature I use (19C instead of 24C), the faster I would have to call for cleaning service. I also love ENERGY MONITORING. I am often surprised when I thought I used it too much but when I compare to past month usage, it would be lower so I can control if I should just keep on using it based on target energy usage. You can also turn on and off the LED light, but I don't really mind... so far, LIFE IS GOOD!

The LG ThinQ app integrates apple homekit, except it does not allow me to use Siri to turn on my AC. I wish that LG would register their product with Apple for completely integrated Apple Homekit so I may add the AC to my Home app and let Siri control it.

Ask ko lang ilang oras bago gamitin pag tapos ikabit sa bahay? Kabibili lang kasi tska kalalagay lang sa bahay. Thank you.

I bought this last year month of September 2022, so far it's doing great I just hoping not to experience difficulties as time goes by because I'm not rich to buy a another one to replace I have bought this because of the health condition of my son

Good ac. It does what an ac does for its price.

LG really cut corners and saved money on this product. Our unit is already functioning poorly after only 3 years.
Also, you can not remove the front to access the filter for cleaning; you must remove the entire unit from the wall because the filters are accessed from the back. Stupid inconvenient design.
