No Picture

NetCast (LW, LV, LK, LM, LS, LA, LN, LH, UH, TK TV models)

Troubleshooting Steps:

1.    Check The Energy Saver of the unit (Off the power saver)

Ø  Go to Settings

Ø  Select Picture

Ø  Select Energy Saving

Ø  Turn it off

2.    If using a digital/set top box, check if it is turned on.

3.    Check Antenna / Cable Connection if properly connected.

4.    Check if input is selected properly.

Ø  Press input button on remote control

Ø  Select the proper input

5.    Try to reset

Ø  Go to Settings

Ø  Select Option

Ø  Select Factory Reset

Ø  Select YES

6.    Check if the unit or the video is 1080p (Full HD or 1080i HD Ready)

7.    Check Menu Mode If Set To " TV" or " AV" (select TV to have and image)

8.    Try to reset the Picture

Ø  Go to Settings

Ø  Select Picture

Ø  Select Picture Reset

9.    Perform Auto tuning

Ø  Go to Settings

Ø  Select Setup

Ø  Select Auto Tuning

Ø  Complete it to 100%

10. Check the System (PAL , Secam , NTSC) must switch to NTSC

11. If these are all checked, and the unit is still not working, then the unit requires repair.
