Web OS (LW, LV, LK, LM, LS, LA, LN, LH, UH, TK TV models)
1. Check the volume, adjust it.
2. Check if mute is activated, unmute.
3. Check if issue is happening in any channel.
4. Check if it is happening in other sources (DVD, USB, Antenna, Set top box)
5. If using an overseas model, make sure that digital box is connected.
6. Perform Factory Reset
Ø Go to Settings
Ø Go to Advanced/All Settings
Ø Select General
Ø Select Reset to Initial Settings
Ø Select YES
7. If these are all checked, and the unit is still not working, then the unit requires repair.
