TV Turning off by itself

NetCast  (LW, LV, LK, LM, LS, LA, LN, LH, UH, TK TV models)

Troubleshooting Steps:

1.   Check if power cord is properly connected.

2.   Check if other devices are properly working with the power source.

3.   Check the AVR/Extension if it is working.

4.   Check if you set any Off time or Sleep Timer.   

Ø Go to Settings

Ø Go to Time

Ø Check Off time/On Time, make sure it's off

Ø Check Sleep Timer, make sure it's off

5.   Check Energy Saving Mode, TV turns off by itself if Energy Saving is set.

Ø Go to Settings

Ø Go to Picture

Ø Select Energy Saving, make sure it is off

6.    Make sure TV Mode Settings is in HOME USE

Ø Go to Settings

Ø Go to Options

Ø Go to Mode Settings

Ø Set it to HOME USE

7.   Try Factory Reset

Ø Go to Settings

Ø Go to Options

Ø Select Factory Reset

8.   If these are all checked, and the unit is still not working, then the unit requires repair.
