[Narrator]Using Smart DiagnosisTM provides useful information for diagnosing and solving issues with the appliance.
Lock the control panel by holding the lock button for 3 seconds.
Once locked, open the right side refrigerator door.
Smart Diagnosis label is located at the top-right hinge of the unit.
Hold the mouthpiece of your phone in front of the speaker, when instructed to do so by the call center.
Press and hold the "FREEZER" button for 3 seconds while continuing to hold your phone to the speaker.
You will hear it beep and the control panel will begin a countdown for 3 seconds.
Keep the phone in place until the tone transmission has finished. Once finished, "END" will appear on the control panel.
Resume your conversation with the specialist, who will continue to assist you further.
You can run Smart DiagnosisTM on your smartphone using the SmartThinQ app.
On your phone, press the SETTINGS button.
Press SMART DIAGNOSIS button.
Select the START SMART DIAGNOSIS option.
