If grounding is not done properly, electricity can flow when you touch the product.

■ Solution or Settings

1.Check the ground pin of the wall outlet.

- Avoid using a power strip

- Use a single wall outlet with a ground pin.

2. Check the grounding condition of the outdoor unit 

- If the appliance is newly installed or has been reinstalled, it is recommended to contact the installer for the service to identify the grounding condition.

- If it's impossible to identify the installer, please contact the LG Electronics service center for the service visit.
