Don’t buy
Don’t buy. You boil over water once and you’ll never get the top clean. We’ve tried several stove top cleaners with no luck. Now the black paint is chipping on the left and right sides of the glass? 14 months old and LG won’t help. Cooks pizza very unevenly also.

New appliance with no model or serial number
I received a appliance with no model or serial number and was told my new appliance was refubished or a floor model because factory did not install a model and serial number tag on it. So I can't wven get a waranty service call owned unit for 6 months bought new trom Home depot. 3 weeks and my range is still not fixed. Dear factory please install a tag on each of your units so noone has thisnproblem like we do.

Is the convection in both ovens? And is it the same as an air fryer?
Convection Bake and Convection Roast are only in the lower oven for the LG 7.3 cu. ft. Electric Double Oven Range with ProBake Convection® and EasyClean®, Model # LDE4413ST. The convection modes and the Air Fry mode in a range oven are not quite the same, although a convection oven allows you to air fry and still achieve the same results. In our range ovens that support both the convection modes and air fry modes, the convection system uses a fan to circulate the heat evenly within the oven. Improved heat distribution allows for even cooking and excellent results while cooking with single or multiple racks. s the oven preheats, the display shows increasing temperatures in 5-degree
increments. Once the oven reaches the set adjusted temperature, a tone sounds, and the oven light flashes on and off. The display shows the auto-converted oven temperature. With the Air Fry feature, it automatically increases the entered temperature by 50 °F for optimal performance when using Air Fry.

How long does it take the ovens to heat up to 400°?
There is no pre-determined time for how long the LG 7.3 cu. ft. Electric Double Oven Range with ProBake Convection® and EasyClean®, Model # LDE4413ST will take to heat up to 400°F. How long it takes will depend on your external environmental conditions. It will heat up to that temperature quicker on warmer days than it will on cooler days...^Ivan

Can you turn the front burners on so we can do a large pot or a small pot and not have to have the entire burner on which is very large on when we only need a small pot?

Easy Clean requires 2 cycles to generate any steam in lower oven and measures about 160 degrees, still cool in upper level. Any tips?
Unlike the Self Clean feature that can be used to remove HEAVY, built-up soils with intense heat, the EasyClean® function in the LG 7.3 cu. ft. Electric Double Oven Range with ProBake Convection® and EasyClean®, Model # LDE4413ST is quick and effective for small and LIGHT soils and it takes advantage of LG’s EasyClean® enamel technology to help lift soils without harsh chemicals, and it runs using ONLY WATER for just 10 minutes in low temperatures to help loosen LIGHT soils before hand-cleaning. The EasyClean® feature may not be effective in removing heavy, built-up soil, so you would need to n, clean the oven regularly using the EasyClean® feature to prevent heavy, burnt-on soil from building up in the oven.

Two out of the 5 burners don't work. How can I fix the problem?
The burners on your LG 7.3 cu. ft. Electric Double Oven Range with ProBake Convection® and EasyClean®, Model # LDE4413ST will need to be inspected and diagnosed to determine why they are not working so they can be fixed. There is a variety of reasons why they are not working starting with the surface element board, a surface element switch, the coil surface element, the radiant surface element, loose or burnt wire connection, or with the incoming power. Regrettably, without inspecting the range oven, there is no way to determine what the issue is so we cannot advise you on how to fix the issue. If you have experience with repairing range ovens, you can open it up to inspect the elements that are not working to see if you can identify where the issue is & order the replacement parts or use a multimeter to test the incoming power to the elements that are not working...^Ivan
