Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY Stovetop scratches too easily while cleaning. Grates scratch the stovetop while replacing them. Water spots stain the burner tops and are difficult to clean. LG customer service is non existent. Horrible. Nice people working for the President, but no results. Extremely disappointed in this product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice but not so nice To start off got the range delivered and used it one time and everything worked great then a few days latter was going to cook bacon in the oven and top oven would not light. Called for service and was outside the 48 hour replacement window. But are going to send a repair person out in a month and a half so waiting on repairs. But bottom oven and stove top works great heats up very fast and cook well but I hope that the quality is there and everything keep working down the road

Can this oven be used as an air fryer?

Asked by: Tess81
The LG 6.9 cu. ft. Gas Double Oven Range with ProBake Convection® and EasyClean®, Model # LDG4313ST does not have an Air Fry mode which is specifically made for air frying up all of your favorite foods in far less time than a traditional deep fryer. You could use the Convection Bake mode since both air frying ranges and convection ovens are close relatives, but there are a couple of distinctions between the two. While both ovens use fans to distribute heat throughout the appliance, in an Air Fry oven range, the air moves around much more rapidly, which is why you get faster cooking results. Also, certain foods that are typically made to be fried will turn out much better in an air fryer instead of a traditional oven. Foods like hot wings and onion rings retain their natural texture and flavor when you can simulate a deep-frying cooking technique...^Ivan

Can you cook at 18 pound turkey in the oven

Asked by: Kat418
Depending on the shape of the turkey, you can cook up to a 24 lb. turkey in the LG 6.9 cu. ft. Gas Double Oven Range with ProBake Convection® and EasyClean®, Model # LDG4313ST. Not all 18lb turkeys will have the same shape. The interior W x H x D dimensions for the lower oven are 24 13/16" x 14 1/4" x 20" so that will give you a better way to determine if an 18 lb turkey will fit based on its shape...^Ivan

what is the accuracy within which internal oven temperature is maintained during normal cooking (baking)

Asked by: chrisL2
As with most, if not all other range ovens, the goal is to have an average temperature in the of approximately what you initially set in the LG 6.9 cu. ft. Gas Double Oven Range with ProBake Convection® and EasyClean®, Model # LDG4313ST. At a setting of 350°F, the actual peaks might be as high as 400°F and as low as 300°F. Some ovens are more accurate than others, and even the most accurate ovens can become less accurate over time. In fact, most ovens are off their set point by about 25-50°F. As the oven temperature rises, the oven sensor creates greater resistance, and the sensor could give the wrong amount of resistance. It could also be that if the oven control board does not read the sensor resistance correctly, the oven temperature may be inaccurate...^Ivan

Asked by: chrisL2
If delivery of Liquefied Propane (LP) gas is consistent from the source then the burners for the LG 6.9 cu. ft. Gas Double Oven Range with ProBake Convection® and EasyClean®, Model # LDG4313ST will maintain maximum BTU output with all turned on to their highest at the same time...^Ivan

LPhas more energy per unit volume (burns hotter) han NG. Why are the BTU ratings lower for LP?

Asked by: chrisL2
Yes, Liquefied Propane (LP) gas burns hotter than natural gas, and our specifications for the LG 6.9 cu. ft. Gas Double Oven Range with ProBake Convection® and EasyClean®, Model # LDG4313ST lists the BTUs for the Broil Element and the Bake Element as 14,500 BTU/h for natural gas and 12,500 BTU/h for LP. However, keep in mind that you have to change the orifice for the Broil and Bake elements when converting the oven for use with LP gas and the orifice restricts the amount of LP gas compared to how much is released when using natural gas...^Ivan
