Rated 2 out of 5 by from Sound is good, no Google assistant Bought this headset a few years ago and loved them. Sound is great. After having them for a year or so the Google assistant stopped working. Thought it was just my pair. I got a replacement headset 6mos ago and same issue. I think these headsets have old technology and it doesn't work with the new Google phones.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broke within a month I'm on my third pair of these headphones. I've continued to purchase them because I like the form factor and the features. The first two had the headphones die within a year, one at a time. I bit the bullet and replaced the first two and this third pair cracked along the neckband within a month of purchase. Apparently their warranty doesn't cover obvious manufacturer defects. I'm done with these, don't waste your money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Headset comes apart within months The headset starting coming apart within the first 2 months of ownership. Only used light use for walking and being hands-free. LG states the headset shouldn't separate yet will not cover under warranty.

I need a pair of headsets that are the same style as these that uses the siri prompt when pushing the side button once. Please advise.

Which model is the one that has a button to retract the buds automatically?

Our current lineup of LG TONE Bluetooth® Wireless Stereo Headsets do not feature a button on them anymore for retracting the earbuds. When you pull the earbuds out completely and let them go, they will automatically retract...^IFV

Looking to upgrade my HBS 750.. I would like to now why LG installed a lesser capacity battery thus 2 hours less playtime? The LG HBS 1120 and 1125 manual spec tables for Batteries: 3.7 V/ 220 mAh and 3.7 V / 180 mAh respectively. Can't be the space.

Does this headset work well with Siri?

This headset has a dedicated button with push-to-talk service for Google Assistant. It cannot be programmed to Siri.

I can't figure out why my Google Assistant stopped working. It keeps saying sorry I didn't get that. Very annoying I spent a lot of money on these things and I want them to work
