Some ice issues
Have had this fridge for about 6 months. Overall a nice fridge, but having some ice issues. About 2 weeks ago, had to have the craft ice maker replaced. Now, have a code from the main ice maker. Looks like that will need to be replaced as well. Not sure if this bodes well long term. Glad I bought a 5 year warranty!

Love This Refrigerator
We replaced every appliance in our kitchen with LG brand and I'm so happy that we did! I love the craft ice. We live in Arizona and our drinks won't get watery as fast with the craft ice cubes. The two drawer freezer makes it so much easier to find things in the freezer!

Nice looking and plenty of room
I’ve had the frig for six months and no complaints. Had a part go bad a month ago, but was no problem getting it fixed. Scheduled it on LG.com and a Tech (Tim Clevenger) came and had to order part. Constant contact of progress..Tim was very knowledgeable, personable and a pleasure. Very pleased

My ice continues to freeze together while sitting in the freezer. This prevents the cubes from being dispensed. What can I do?
The more the ice in the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 22 cu ft. Smart Counter Depth Double Freezer Refrigerator with Craft Ice™, Model # LRMXC2206D, the less it will clump. If it is not used frequently, the cubes clump into one large mass of ice as the freezer runs through its defrost cycles. This is the result of the ice cubes melting and refreezing. While this occurs during the defrost cycle, regular use of the ice dispenser breaks up the ice and allows it to continue dispensing without issue. Additional factors that cause clumping is ice or frost buildup at the air vents. If ice or frost is present, this indicates that the doors for the refrigerator are not aligned properly. You may also want to check the water inlet valve that fills the ice cube tray in case it may be leaking. Check your door gaskets for any tears or rips, and make sure that the door gaskets are connected to the liner. Another option is to lower the freezer temperature. If this persists, your refrigerator may require a repair service...^IFV
