The LG ThinQ® app on your smartphone can be used to perform a Smart Diagnosis of your compatible LG washer and connect you with LG Customer Support should there be any issues.
Try This
Before using Smart Diagnosis, make sure the unit has the Smart Diagnosis logo, the wireless router is powered on, and the ThinQ® app is installed on your smartphone.

Open the ThinQ® app on your mobile phone.

Select the top left menu icon on the home screen.

Select “Smart Diagnosis”.

Select “Washer”, then select “Start”.

Follow the instructions on the screen to proceed with Smart Diagnosis.

Smart Diagnosis will begin.

The ThinQ® app will display the details of your washer's performance and indicate any issues that require attention.
