Parts/Accessory General Return Refund Policy for purchases on lg.com

  • Any parts and accessories (collectively "part(s)") purchased by customer may be returned within 30 days from delivery date with a Return Materials Authorization (RMA). A Return Materials Authorization may be requested by calling LG Part Sales at 800-243-0000, Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST.
  • Credit is issued for return part(s) that pass our inspection and the time for credit to appear on customers account may vary depending on the credit card issuer. Shipping and handling charges are final and may not be refunded in all cases.

Returning Part(s)

  • Obtain Return Materials Authorization (RMA) and clearly mark your package with your RMA number, also include a copy of the order confirmation inside your return package. Use a shipping method that provides package tracking.
  • If you are offered a pre-paid return label, please be aware that each of these labels is assigned to a specific return. To make sure that you receive the correct refund, please do not include part(s) from multiple orders or shipments in same box.
  • Part(s) must be returned in new condition, including: all components, manuals, registration cards and original undamaged packaging.
  • LG Part Sales cannot process your return credit until we receive the part(s) in our warehouse. Please use shipping method that provides package tracking.
  • Part(s) returned without proper return instructions will be regarded as an unauthorized return including refused shipments. Customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the part(s) back.

General Shipping/Cancellation Policy

  • Orders submitted with Overnight/Next Day shipping can be shipped by requested ship method when all part(s) become available on an order. Parts in stock can be shipped on the same day if an order is placed before 2:00 P.M. CST on that same business day. All orders placed after 2:00 P.M. CST can be shipped out on the following business day.
  • All refused shipments will be considered as unauthorized returns and the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the part(s) back to the sender. Please note that refused shipments may take longer to arrive at our warehouse, causing delay in processing your credit.
  • Once an order is accepted, there is no guarantee the order may be cancelled. Any order that is not able to be cancelled must be accepted upon delivery and you must request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) for a refund. Please call 800-243-0000, Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST.
  • LG will only accept shipments to a valid street address. LG does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Additionally, Army Post Office (APO) Diplomatic Post Office (DPO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted.
  • Please confirm the address you provided for shipment is correct. LG will not accept any liability or responsibility for a shipping address that was entered incorrectly including, but not limited to, shipments delivered to an incorrect address, package delay, or costs associated with resending the item to the correct address.

General Policy For Damage, Missing and Incorrect Part(s) Claims

  • Contact LG Part Sales at at 800-243-0000, Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST. If LG Part Sales is not contacted within timeframe specified below from delivery date, you may not be eligible for any refund.

7. How can I get a refund on my returned part or accessory?
LG Part Sales cannot process your return request until we receive the part(s) in our warehouse. In order to receive full credit, return part or accessory must be returned in new condition, including: all components, manuals, registration cards. The part or accessory must be returned in the original packaging that is intact and undamaged.

9. How can I cancel my purchase order?
Once an order is accepted, there is no guarantee the order may be cancelled. Any order that is not able to be cancelled must be accepted upon delivery and you must request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) for a refund. 10. How do I get copy of my invoice?
You can print a copy of your invoice from Order Confirmation page. You can also save the copy of your order confirmation email as a reference.

11. What happens if I forgot my password for existing MyLG account?
Click on the "forgot password" on MyLG home page and enter your email address. You will receive your temporary password in the email Inbox with instructions to reset the password.

13. Can I order without credit card?
No. We do not accept cash or check payments. However, we accept all major credit cards and Paypal payments.

14. How will charge show up on my credit card?
The charge for your order will appear on your credit card as: "DRI*riv3"

15. Can I order part or accessory if I have APO, FPO or PO Box address?
No. LG will deliver shipments to valid street address only. Please see Shipping Policy for more information.

16. What are my shipping options?
LG provides two options:
Ground shipping – 5-7 business days
Overnight/Next day Shipping – 1-2 business days

Parts in stock can be shipped on the same day if an order is placed before 2:00 P.M. CST on that same business day.

17. Where can I find shipping delivery status on my order?
You will receive an email notification with UPS tracking number, once the order she shipped from our warehouse. You can also log into MyLG > Order History, to check the status on your order.
