LG Cell Phones
If your phone has a removable battery. There is an information label underneath the battery.
If your phone has a non-removable battery, the information is on the SIM tray or on a label on the back of the phone.
NOTE: For Android phones: Press Menu, then Settings, then About Phone, and then Status. Your IMEI/ESN and Model Number will display on the resulting screen.
LG Tablet
LG Smart Watch
The information can be found on the back of the watch.
Go to Menu > Settings > Scroll to bottom > About > Model number listed
LG Bluetooth Devices
On left side of headset, underneath.

LG TV
The model and serial number will be located on the back of your LG TV. Depending on when the TV was manufactured, the label may be on either the back right or back left of the unit.
Adittionaly, on 2018 models or newer with the TV turned on, press the MUTE button 3 times in a row on the LG Remote and the model information will be displayed.
On older models press the HOME button > select Settings (or Setup) > select Support menu > highlight Product/Service Info > press OK button.
LG Home Video
For DVD, Blu-Ray, or Projector check either underneath or on the back of the unit.

LG Home Audio
For home audio devices such as sound bars, sound plates, and home theater systems check underneath the main unit.

Laptops
The model and serial number tag is always located at the bottom of the device.
The top number is the model number followed by the serial number below it.
Monitors
For monitors the model and serial number will be on the back of the unit.

Refrigerators
On most refrigerators, the model and serial number are located inside the refrigerator on the right hand side of the liner.
On newer refrigerators the model and serial number are located inside the refrigerator on the left hand side of the liner.

Range
Serial and model numbers for electric and gas range and wall ovens can be found in different areas. In the majority of cases the label can be found in the following locations.

Figure 2: Behind the oven panel headboard.
Figure 3: In the left hand side of the frame of the bottom drawer.
Figure 4: Beneath the upper lip of the top oven when the door is open.
Wall Oven
The model/serial tag can be found on the underside of the control panel.
Cooktop
On either the front of the bottom panel, under the counter, or on the underside of the unit. To see it, open the cabinet.
Microwave

Dishwasher
The tag is located on the right side of the door, when opened.

Front Load Washer
On a silver label on the front panel behind the door. To see it, open the door and look on the part of the panel that is just around the opening to the drum. It is usually located at the top.
Top Load Washer
Rear Panel: On a silver label on the back toward the top. To see it, the unit will have to be moved out of its location.
Under Lid: Lift up lid and on a silver label toward the bottom right.
Left hand side: Some models will have the model/serial label affixed to the left hand side panel at the top right corner.
Sidekick
- Pull open drawer fully then look at the very rear on the right hand side facing upward.
- Can be located on the top left hand side.
- Can be located on the left side.
- Can be located on the right side.
Dryer
On a silver label on the front panel behind the door. To see it, open the door and look on the part of the panel that is just around the opening to the drum. It is usually located at the top.
WashTower
The model and serial number are located inside the door of the washer and dryer.
Styler
The model/serial label is affixed to the right hand side panel.

Vacuum
LG vacuum cleaners will feature the model/serial tag identifier inside where the battery will be lodged.
LG product model numbers always start with a letter while the serial number starts with 3 numbers (first one indicating year of manufacturing followed by 2-digits identifying the month).
