The display (panel) light automatically turns off after about 20 seconds of inactivity to save energy. Inactivity refers to doors being closed and no buttons being pressed.
Depending on the specifications of some LED models, some products may turn off all display lights but leave the [Lock/Unlock] indicator light on.
The temperature display lights up again when a button is pressed or when the refrigerator door is opened.
※ To check if the display is operating, open and close the fridge door or long press the [Lock/Unlock] button.
When does the display turn off?
- It has been 20 seconds since a button was pressed.
- It has been 20 seconds since opening and closing the product doors (refrigerator/freezer compartments, magic space).
