Confirm the Control Panel is Unlocked
To unlock the control panel, press and hold the Lock button for 3 seconds. Test the control panel again.
NoteIf you do not hear a chime on the initial button press, release and try again.

Unplug the refrigerator and test the outlet with another electrical device (cellphone, hair dryer, etc.).
