The LG Next-Day Delivery & Installation Service (“Service”) is available for selected LG products purchased via the LG Online Brand Store at https://www.lg.com/my/ and is applicable only within selected Klang Valley areas, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

LG reserves the right to determine and/or amend the products eligible for the Service at its sole discretion.

Shah Alam
Petaling Jaya
Subang Jaya
Puchong

LG reserves the right to modify the eligible coverage areas without prior notice.

 

 1. Selection of Next-Day Delivery:

Customers must select the "Next-Day" option when choosing their preferred delivery date during “Checkout” on the LG Online Brand Store.

 

Failure to select the “Next-Day” option during checkout may result in the order being processed under LG's standard delivery schedule.

 

2. To qualify for next-day delivery:

Orders must be placed and fully paid on a business day (Monday to Friday) by 1.00PM (MYT) to be eligible for Next-Day delivery.

 

Next-Day delivery is available only on business days. Saturdays are subject to availability. Next-Day delivery excludes public holidays and any day on which LG's appointed logistics partner is not operating.

 

Orders placed or paid on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day and, subject to availability, delivered on the next available delivery day.

 

While LG will use reasonable efforts to meet the estimated delivery timeframe, delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond LG's reasonable control, including but not limited to logistics constraints, adverse weather conditions, or service disruptions.

 

3. Delivery Schedule:

Upon successful order confirmation, LG's appointed logistics partner will contact the customer to arrange and confirm the delivery and installation schedule.

 

While LG will make reasonable efforts to perform Next-Day Delivery, all delivery and installation dates and times are estimates only and are subject to logistical availability, site conditions, product availability, and other operational factors.

 

4. Recipient Requirement:

An authorized recipient aged 18 years or above must be present at the designated delivery address to receive the product.

 

The recipient may be required to:

• Present identification for verification purposes;

• Inspect the delivered product; and

• Sign the delivery note or provide electronic acknowledgment of receipt.

 

LG shall not be responsible for any delay or failed delivery arising from the absence of an authorized recipient at the delivery location. 

 

5. Delivery Restrictions:

The Service is not available for locations with restricted delivery access, limited operating hours, or any conditions that may impede delivery or installation, including but not limited to:

• Condominiums;

• Apartments;

• Office buildings;

• Gated or guarded premises; or

• Locations requiring special permits, approvals, or access arrangements.

 

Customers are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary approvals, access permissions, parking arrangements, or building management clearances prior to delivery. If delivery or installation cannot be completed due to customer-related reasons, including the absence of an authorized recipient, refusal to accept delivery, incorrect address information, or inability to access the premises, LG reserves the right to reschedule the delivery and installation to the next available date. Additional charges may apply where permitted by law.

 

6. Exceptions and Limitation

LG reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline, modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel any Next-Day Delivery request where fulfillment is not reasonably practicable due to:

• Product unavailability;

• Capacity limitations;

• Safety concerns;

• Severe weather conditions;

• Traffic disruptions;

• Government restrictions;

• Force majeure events; or

• Any circumstances beyond LG's reasonable control.

 

LG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic loss arising from any delay, postponement, rescheduling, or inability to provide the Service, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

 

7. Right to Amend

LG reserves the right to amend, modify, vary, suspend, withdraw, or terminate this Service and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

 

Any such amendments shall take effect upon publication on LG's website. Information contained herein is accurate at the time of publication.

 

8. Final Decision

The Next-Day Delivery Service is an optional value-added service. Eligibility for the Service does not constitute a guarantee that delivery and installation will occur on the next day. LG will make reasonable efforts to meet the estimated delivery timeframe, subject to availability and operational constraints.

 

LG's decision on all matters relating to the Service shall be final and binding, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.
