2020 Best Ultrawide Gaming 34 Inch
As of July 2020,
This is absolutely a no brainer deal if you are looking for (one or more of the below)
1) serious gaming with an 1440p Ultrawide monitor with high frequency (144-160Hz)
2) Not wanting to wait for G9 problems to be solved and dont mind a 34 inch
3) You saved a budget of 1000 USD approx. for an ultrawide
4) You have waited for an upgrade this year monitoring/scouting around 34 inches ultrawide (This is upgrade of LG 34GK950F)
5) Waiting for nextgen GPU (RDNA2 and RTX 3000 Series)
6) Decided your next Ultrawide 34 inch gaming monitor would be an LG
7) Going for LATEST year 2020 nano IPS technology (The only other viable option is AW3420DW at 34 inch UW year 2019, 120Hz)
8) Dont blink if your country LG offers 3 year warranty, in this case Malaysia. The only reason many reddit feedback prefers AW is because LG elsewhere offers only a year warranty/poor support blablabla which is not the case here
9) You are not a RGB person (no backlight RGB)
10) You want to ascend from normal monitors

Performance wise,
backlight bleeding is very minimal - no concern if you dont game in a dark room (spoils the eyes anyway)
Other aspects are perfectly fine, providing you dont get a lemon unit (which even if so, LG warranty or shop policy may cover your initial unboxed findings)

All in all,
Pricing 10/10 (3 year Warranty version)
Performance 10/10 (I have tried John WIck trilogy in 1440p, absolutely stunning)
Compatibility GPU 10/10 (G sync compatible, Freesync as well)
Quality Build 8/10 (Plastic Feel near the bezel which isn't very noticeable but aware of, stand is great)
