[LG Audio] There is no sound from the woofer.

If the LED at the front of woofer speaker flickers in green or if it stops in red, then it means that there is no connection between the main body and the woofer speaker thus there is no sound.

Try this

If there is no sound from the woofer speaker of the sound bar, check the following and set it.

Is the LED at the front of the woofer speaker lit?

→ If the LED on the woofer speaker is not lit, then check the power outlet.

If the LED flickers in green or if it stops in red, then it means that there is no connection to the woofer speaker thus there is no sound.

If there is no sound, then set the woofer speaker again.

1. If you simultaneously press [6] of the remote control and the [Stop(ㅁ)] button on the main body for more than 5 seconds, the display of the main body will show [WL RESET].

2. When it shows [WL RESET], long press the [PAIRING] button at the rear of the woofer speaker with a sharp object(ball pen) for more than 5 seconds. Then, the LED at the front of the woofer speaker will blink in red and green in turns.

3. When the LED at the front of the woofer speaker flickers in green and red in turns, remove the power cord of the main body and the woofer speaker from the outlet.
4. After a moment, make sure that the LEDs of the main body and the woofer speaker are completely turned off, and wait for about a minute and connect the power cord of the main body and the woofer speaker.
5. Turn on the power of the main body.
If the LED at the front of woofer speaker moves fast in green and stops, then it means that the setting is ok.
Check if there is sound coming from the main body and the woofer and if it fails to operate properly, set it one more time.
