[LG Air Purifier][PuriCare 360] E12 appears on the display

E12 error is an error caused by the failure of the Clean Booster fan rotation.

For PuriCare 360 products, the Clean Boosters in rental products from 2018 and products from January 2019 to August 2021 can be cleaned directly, and they have a safety device that detects the installation quality.
If the safety device is not pressed properly, the Clean Booster will not move up and down, or an E12 error will occur.
Please check if the Clean Booster case is properly installed.
Products other than those noted above cannot be self-cleaned by the Clean Booster, and if the E12 error occurs, you should check with a professional service manager.

PuriCare 360

1. Disassemble and reassemble the Clean Booster cover.

Turn off the product first, and then remove the power plug from the outlet after the Clean Booster stops working.
Hold the bottom part of the Clean Booster cover with both hands and push up from the back of the four grooves to separate.

2. Please assemble the Clean Booster cover.

When assembling the Clean Booster cover, make sure the word “FRONT” written inside the cover comes to the front of the product.
Cover hook assembly order: front → rear → both sides

3. Push the cover down until the height of the grill matches.

If the product is turned on without being assembled properly, [E12] will appear on the display.
Make sure to secure the hook from the front and fix it properly.

Turn the cover so that the closing line engraved on the Clean Booster cover is aligned.
