Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great DVD Player I purchased this drive to replace older dvd player in my hp desktop computer. This drive works great and have not tried the M-Disc feature yet. I would recommend this drive to anyone that is looking for a dvd player.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Destroyed a CD while listening This drive went into "high speed" mode without warning, so fast it detonated the CD being played. After that it had no response to any commands, internal or external. I submitted a warranty claim, was told (from a do not reply address) that an email with details on how to return it (on my own dime, btw) would follow. 3 weeks later, no email.
