What operating system is compatibility to GP08 LU10? I have windows 7 and the driver is not recognized.

Which type of blank disks does the drive accept for burning?

I own this drive, and it works with blank dvd-r as well as dvd-rw. However, it does not accept used dvd-rw, not even when the previous content has been wiped.

Nothing showing on disc

I'm trying to burn a dvd using the software it came with. I select data disc and burn the disc. It goes through the operation and says complete but nothing is on the disc once it's finished.

I attached the new device to an Asus Eee PC and it does not recognize the device. It has Windows 7 Home Premium operating system and it does not recognize the drive.
