lower oven not baking right
On my LDE3035SB, the lower oven keeps burning the top of my cookies, while on the bottom of the cookies it's not baking at all. We tried all types of different temperature settings and rack settings, but it's always the same outcome. This makes me think the broil element is set too hotter than the baking element. Also, I am confused. The lower oven seems to have a hidden baking element, but the specifications on the LG website say it should be exposed. Also, the picture on the LG website shows it with a lower oven exposed baking element. If I do have one, why is it hidden? When I turn the lower oven on to bake, the bottom of the oven does seem to get hot, so maybe there is a hidden element. I am confused...why does the website have conflicting information. And regardless, how can I get my oven to work properly? I am not satisfied! :(
