What people are saying
Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY!!! I bought this in 2015 and have had the exact same problem 6 times. If I go to use the top and bottom ovens at the same time, they both shut off and I get code F19. It then has to be repaired with a new control board and thermostat. It also is always 50 to 150 degrees off.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the dual oven This is a great oven. I love the dual oven's, I use it more than I thought I would. I figured I would use it when cooking for holidays but I use it on a regular basis. I can cook french fries in the top oven at 450 while cooking chicken in the bottom at 350. Highly recommend.

lower oven not baking right

On my LDE3035SB, the lower oven keeps burning the top of my cookies, while on the bottom of the cookies it's not baking at all. We tried all types of different temperature settings and rack settings, but it's always the same outcome. This makes me think the broil element is set too hotter than the baking element. Also, I am confused. The lower oven seems to have a hidden baking element, but the specifications on the LG website say it should be exposed. Also, the picture on the LG website shows it with a lower oven exposed baking element. If I do have one, why is it hidden? When I turn the lower oven on to bake, the bottom of the oven does seem to get hot, so maybe there is a hidden element. I am confused...why does the website have conflicting information. And regardless, how can I get my oven to work properly? I am not satisfied! :(

We regret the trouble you have experienced with the operations of this range/oven. It would seem that the lower oven may require service. To make service arrangements, you may either contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000, or you can check our Repair Provider Lookup on our website, at http://www.lg.com/us/support/repair/support-repair-provider-lookup.jsp.

I saw that someone reviewing this appliance said you can not use aluminum foil with this appliance. Is that true?
