What people are saying

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cosmetic problem Over time the control panel covering will slowly come off leaving a poor appearance . Lg doesn’t know how to fix so plan on replacing panel often if you want it to look good. Other than it works great.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A nice oven, but it has an issue . . . While pleased with the oven, I had the replace the circuit board (component cost about $260) due to an apparent design flaw. The hot exhaust from the oven passes near the circuit board and is the likely reason the top burners began to fail. The link between the burner failure due to the board issues can be found in YouTube videos addressing how to diagnose the issue and replace the board.

I haven't used the self cleaning on the oven since day one but every time I tried I would get a error on top oven saying door lock error and It would not run the cycle, never had the time to research back then I am retired now and tried again error still

Asked by: MC1028
The LG 6.7 cu. ft. Capacity Electric Double Oven Range with Infrared Heating™ and EasyClean®, Model # LDE3037ST has an automatic door locking system that should lock the door when the Self Clean cycle is initiated. During the oven's self-cleaning cycle, the door switch activates the door lock motor to prevent the oven door from being opened. If the door lock motor and the switch assembly are malfunctioning, the self-clean cycle will not start. The door switch alerts the oven controls that the door is closed and if it is defective, the self-cleaning function will not be allowed to begin. You can visit us at https://www.lg.com/us/support/find-service-center and enter your ZIP code or address into the appropriate field to use the locator to see if there is an LG Authorized Repair Service Center in your area that you can contact to make arrangements with for repair service. You can also contact our Support Center at (800) 243-0000 for assistance...^IFV

Is this a good model number for a double oven range; FD1545TS.FSTLLGA?

Asked by: Christobel
Hi Christobel. Regrettably, FD1545TS.FSTLLGA is not a model number that we recognize for our range ovens. The model numbers for our Electric Range Ovens should begin with "LRE", "LSE" "LDE", or "LSSE" and those for our Gas Range Ovens should begin with "LRG", "LSD", "LTG" "LSSG", or "LSG"...^IFV

I have this oven and when baking in the lower oven on convection bake, the fan will come on for maybe a second, then it's off for a minute or two. This continues throughout the entire baking session. Is this normal?

Asked by: Toadly
Convection ovens use a fan and an extra heating element to correct these flaws. Positioned at the back of the oven, the fan creates a stream of air that's passed over the third element and recirculated into the oven chamber, normalizing the temperature throughout. The fan coming on and off is part of the normal operation of the unit. ^CP

I am looking for the LDE3037ST model specifically. I see it is discontinued. Is there any place that still carries this model that I can buy? I don't like the knobs down in front that the new model has. Please let me know. Thanks!!

Asked by: Samantha LDE3037ST
Regrettably, once a product is discontinued, it means that it is no longer available for sale in any stores which is why we no longer have a listing for the LG 6.7 cu. ft. Capacity Electric Double Oven Range with Infrared Heating™ and EasyClean®, Model # LDE3037ST...^IFV
