What people are saying

Rated 1 out of 5 by from pretty unhappy I have an LG double oven with a Convection/lower oven. I have written and called LG and they never get back to me about my issues. The lower oven will hold the set temp for maybe 1-2 minutes and it immediately drops the temp by 20-30 degrees. so every 1-2 minutes I have to resent it if I want it to hold a constant temp.. WHAT a pain.. I don't even like to use that oven .. have had too many cakes/dinners ruined.. Just disgusted. Plus the coating on the control panel is peeling off.. LG told me not to use coarse cleaning tools.. I never have.. wouldn't do that.. it's peeling mostly where the heat comes out when cleaning the ovens.. this was an expensive oven.. not happy with it at all

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nothing but problems As soon as the warranty of any kind was gone this stove began having 1 issue after the other. Every company we have called either cannot get the parts to fix it or cannot get the proper part numbers to order correct parts. 2 out of the 5 burners won't turn do anything when turned on, and both ovens are now heating unevenly. For the price you would think you could get more than 3 good years out of any appliance. We purchased this model at the end of 2013. About a month after the limited warranty was gone (2018) we have had 1 issue after another. And now we find out that even IF parts can be found we are looking at $500-$700 in part costs plus labor! What a waste of $1600 on an appliance!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Washer We got this washer a short time ago and it has been great. I have been very impressed with the different washing features and it is quiet. Compared to our last washer that bit the dust, this one is really good. I would recommend it.

Is this a good model number for a double oven range; FD1545TS.FSTLLGA?

Asked by: Christobel
Hi Christobel. Regrettably, FD1545TS.FSTLLGA is not a model number that we recognize for our range ovens. The model numbers for our Electric Range Ovens should begin with "LRE", "LSE" "LDE", or "LSSE" and those for our Gas Range Ovens should begin with "LRG", "LSD", "LTG" "LSSG", or "LSG"...^IFV

I have this oven and when baking in the lower oven on convection bake, the fan will come on for maybe a second, then it's off for a minute or two. This continues throughout the entire baking session. Is this normal?

Asked by: Toadly
Convection ovens use a fan and an extra heating element to correct these flaws. Positioned at the back of the oven, the fan creates a stream of air that's passed over the third element and recirculated into the oven chamber, normalizing the temperature throughout. The fan coming on and off is part of the normal operation of the unit. ^CP

I am looking for the LDE3037ST model specifically. I see it is discontinued. Is there any place that still carries this model that I can buy? I don't like the knobs down in front that the new model has. Please let me know. Thanks!!
