What People Are Saying

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Stove We bought this stove 3 years ago, so when we say we are very pleased with it's performance, that statement is time tested. Easy to use controls, accurate heat, cleans well.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as nice as I expected The stoves' stainless steel appearance does not clean up as well as expected nor does the finish look that great. I just tried to use the self-clean function and the oven became so hot I had to open all house doors including the garage!. Then, after a little over an hour, I had to stop the process because the microwave overhead started to feel way too hot on the bottom. #The plastic parts were getting soft#. So far, there has been no other problems and I can only hope Lg lives up to reputation as a reliable stove

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE the double oven!! Love the double oven with seperate temperature controls, or just to use the small one when doing something like a pizza. Heats up fast, very accurate temperature control. Wish I would have bought this years ago!!!! Great investment!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from When you're hot you're hot! Incredibly easy to clean. Beautiful inside and outside. Heats up quickly, maintains stable heat. I never had double ovens before and this is great cooking desert at same time as main meal. Nothing beats a hot pie after dinner. It was well worth converting from electric to gas in order to get this unit!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So far, so good This unit replaced a single oven and is exactly what we were looking for in a double-oven. We have only had it for a few weeks but it has already proven itself at family dinners. Can't give it an excellent rating because we haven't had it long enough.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from We are very pleased with this product. The stove has a beautiful appearance. Burners work work well and cleaning is very easy. I haven't used the convection cooking yet, I have used the regular oven features. I will post another review on the convection features later.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love my double oven I had researched double ovens for some time now. Looked @ Sears, Home Depot, Lowes. None had what I wanted or in my price range for a gas oven. Some thing told me head to Best Buy. Fell in love with the style right away, double oven in my price range. French Door refrigerator to match was awesome. Bake in the small oven all the time, it is so handy not having to use the big oven for small baking task. Feel sorry for people who have ugly toaster ovens on their counter at home when they could have a sleek design double oven that leaves more room on the counter top for making baking items to go into my new oven.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this double oven! I'm so happy with our range. Having the double oven is such a huge help. I usually only have to use the top oven for most things -- but sometimes need to make a roast, while having to warm food for parties. This does both easily. Things cook more evenly as well. We are very happy with this range!

my lower oven burns yellow and smells like gas

Asked by: randy63
We regret the trouble you have experienced with this gas range. If the flames are burning yellow, instead of blue, then it would seem that the gas valves were not adjusted properly at the time of installation. It is recommended to contact your gas installer to ensure proper installation and operation.

What is the temperature for the proof setting?   Thank you!

We appreciate your interest in this gas range. The PROOF setting maintains a temperature between 100-125 degrees. According to page 29 of your owner’s manual, the PROOF function will not operate when the oven is above 125 degrees. HOT will show in the display.

What is the purpose of the off set rack?

We just got our LDG3036ST yesterday. During the leveling process, we discovered the off set rack is bowed and wondered what it is for. Thank you

We just purchased a LDG3011ST. We do not have natural gas here. Do we need a conversion kit?

I called Sears Parts Direct because this was a floor model that had some missing parts (two burner ceramic covers) which we ordered. I asked them about a conversion kit and they do not stock them. Is the conversion system built into the stove itself? In the installation manual it says on page 15 that the conversion kit is located in the back of the unit. Is that correct? We have no natural gas in all of SW Florida so conversion is essential. Can it be converted?
Asked by: char33
Yes, the LP Orifice should be located on the back of the range, attached near the gas intake valve. The needed part number should be AGM73069206. Accessories can be obtained through our parts distributor, MCM Electronics. Their contact number, for placing orders, is 800-824-9491. You can also use their website, at http://www.mcmelectronics.com/content/en-US/forms/lg_parts.

What type/size range hood insert do I need for the LDG3011ST?

We are renovating our kitchen and had a custom wood hood made for over this LG oven. I'm trying to buy the range hood insert but am confused by all the different sizes and specs. What should I be looking for, like how much CFMs, etc.? Anyone have a specific suggestion? Thanks!
Asked by: jennmi
We appreciate your interest in this product and its accessories. LG only manufactures two vent hoods for over the range. These are the LSVC302ST and the LSV362ST. The deciding factor between these would be if you have a 30” range top or a 36” range top. These can both be reviewed on our website at http://www.lg.com/us/appliance-accessories/view-all.
