What people are saying
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice unit, constant temperature, looks good. Ladies love it

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Customer Service The convection fan started making noise about 9 months of light use. It finally died after 13 months. (One month out of warranty). So I was provided the name of an authorized service center and paid to get the fan replaced. Once again 9 months after replacing my Fan, it has died again. I have no idea if I was unlucky and got two fans in a row that die within a year or if there is a design problem. I presented this problem to LG Service and this was their response. "Thank you for getting back to us regarding the case on the range, Evan and I completely understand your point there given how old the unit is. Yet, as much as I wish to help you, the support department has noted that the request was declined wherein processing any coverage to the unit is no longer applicable so even if I resend the request, we will only receive the same response. I hope for your kind understanding." I figured I would post in case it helps anyone in making a purchase decision.

We purchased a 4313st lgd stove.  Our top oven has quit working and we are getting f9 error after using self clean option.

Asked by: Suekm
We regret the trouble you have experienced with this gas range. The F9 error code, according to page 55 of the owner’s manual, is a Main Oven Heating error for the upper oven. Disconnect the power from this range for 5 minutes, whether by the electrical outlet or by the circuit breaker. After restoring power, test the oven again to see if this problem returns. If it does, then the range will likely require service.
