The main (largest) burner is only partially heating up?

The outer ring is heating up but not the inner rings. Do you know what could be the cause of this?
Asked by: Fabrice
We regret the trouble you have experienced with this electric range. The INNER burner, on the dual element, should remain active, even when the OUTER ring is heating. As such, if this inner burner does not heat, while the outer is active, then the unit is not operating properly, and will likely require service. To make service arrangements, you may either contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000, or you can check our Repair Provider Lookup on our website, at

what is power draw on the electric range LRE30755SW

LG electric range model number LRE30755SW/ST
Asked by: jmyers
We appreciate your interest in the requirements of this electric range. This unit requires a 120/240 Voltage outlet for AC electricity, connected with an UL Approved 40 or 50 Amp power cord, to a designated 50 Amp circuit breaker. If all zones and oven coils are active, then unit can draw up to around 12,000Watts of power.
