What people are saying

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Electric Range Bought this as part of a kitchen remodel - It has broken down so many times and now the grill doesn't work. I will NEVER buy anything LG EVER. My fridge is also freezing everything inside. Repair people are like hen's teeth - non existent !!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product is my favorite appliance I love everything about it, I love how quickly the stove heats up and cools down, super easy to keep clean. The oven has made life so much easier, I don't think it takes long at all to preheat and it cooks faster and crispier when using convection and you get to cook with two differant temps. if needed who wouldn't love that. If you like to bake bread the proof button has done wonders for my bread rising. I can't say enough good things about my range.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from lre30757sw love how quick that the top heats up and cooks the food at a lower setting and at almost half the time . love the PROOF setting feature of the oven and i really love the way the convection controls even baking . baking temp has been reduced and baking time reduced by 30% . i really love my new stove

I dropped a fork inside my oven - LG model LRE30757 Electric range. It was on at the time. Turned oven off. Next day, oven will not heat at all. F7 error code. Stove top and program screens ok. Manual said to reprogram oven as 1st fix but didn't say HOW?

Asked by: Mikki1
We regret the trouble you have experienced with this electric range. The reprogramming of the oven is performed simply by pressing the CLEAR/OFF button to clear the display and any beeping that might occur, and then set the baking cycle operational again. If the error message happens again, press CLEAR/OFF again, and the range will require service. To make service arrangements, you may either contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000, or you can check our Repair Provider Lookup on our website, at http://www.lg.com/us/support/repair/support-repair-provider-lookup.jsp.

How do I get the white stovetop to be white again?

The cook top burners are grey and I cannot get them white again, like new.
Asked by: kymeraz
Use only the Ceramic Cooktop Cleaner or cooktop cleaner included with your range, on the glass cooktop. Other creams may not be as effective, or they might damage the surface with scratches or permanent staining. If this does not resolve the matter, then please contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000.

The back end of the range top seems to have dropped 1/4 inch

We have not done anything that I know about to cause this but it seems the top (ceramic top) has dropped at the back end. I have a photo to show this. Can I lift off the top and correct this? How do I get the top off?
Asked by: Peter
The cooktop sits on special springs that prevents the top from cracking. It is imperative to have this completely level and in tack. Regrettably, your unit may require service. Please contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000 for troubleshooting tips and service information.
