What people are saying

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nothing but Trouble Thank God I bought the maintenance plan from Sears. I had so many issues with this product. The plastic knobs broke, there were computer/electronic issues, and I think the temperature gauge had to be replaced. Had I not PAID for the extra coverage I would have been beside myself.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Heating Problems Temp isn't maintained at set temp. 18 mos. Old, didn't get the extended warranty because it should work right if it's brand new. Your product warrenty is only good for 12 months. Repair cost is now mine.

What does the PF code mean on my LRG3093ST? And how do I get rid of it?

Asked by: Mv7136
We regret the trouble you have experienced with this gas range. The ‘PF’ typically denotes a Power Failure, and can usually be resolved by turning the product off and then on again. If this does not resolve the matter, then the range may require service. To make service arrangements, you may either contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000, or you can check our Repair Provider Lookup on our website, at http://www.lg.com/us/support/repair/support-repair-provider-lookup.jsp.

My oval burner only lights half way. I have to use a lighter to light the rest. I have made sure it is clean and free of food or spills. What could possibly be causing this? What is suggested I do to fix the issue?

Asked by: Mommaof2
We regret the trouble you have experienced with this gas range. If the gas stream is deflected to where it cannot be lit with the other half of the burner, then it will likely require service. To make service arrangements, you may either contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000, or you can check our Repair Provider Lookup on our website, at http://www.lg.com/us/support/repair/support-repair-provider-lookup.jsp.

The grille sits too high and as a result the flame is too far away.  Even on your "super boil" setting it takes forever to boil water.  Any way to get a lower sitting grille?

Asked by: quechulo
I apologize, but no; there is only one size grille cover available for this gas range.

After receiving the F11 error, and having a repair man come to our home, we were told that the gas valve needed to be replaced. LG no longer makes the gas valve MJX61842301. The stove is just over 4 years old and now unusable! What should we do?

my oven is not working and a message f11 apears.

Check the MAIN GAS SHUT OFF valve or the OVEN GAS SHUT OFF valve. The oven gas shut-off valve may have accidentally been moved during cleaning or moving. Be certain that all these valves are fully active. If this does not resolve the matter, then the unit may require service. Please contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000.

how could I reduce the gas pressure ?

Asked by: ruso
We appreciate your interest in this gas range and its operations. The gas pressure can generally be reduced by turning down the gas valve, which is positioned behind the range.
