LG dryer drum great diagnostic
My dryer drum was not able to spin. Customer service react fast and the LG technician was efficient to diagnostic the problem. He came back a week after with the new pieces to change. My dryer is back on track. Thanks so much

Hi! We have had this dryer for 3 years. Works great. This morning it will only stay on for 10 minutes and then just turns off. We’ve tried different settings and cleaned out the lint vent. Still only stays on for 10 minutes. Help!

All our Gas Dryers are 120V, 60Hz, 15 or 20 amp units and all our Electric Dryers are 240V, 60 Hz, 30 amp units...^IFV

Our dryer leaks when run. It comes from where the drain hose would attach (left bottom side of the dryer). The condensation drawer is always dry. A tech advised we purchase the drain hose, is there a way to force the water to the condensation drawer?

I'd like to have my dryer professionally cleaned since I can't reach the back or deep inner parts to properly remove old lint etc. who do I call for this?

Can the dryer be hooked up to drain through the coordinating washer? I was told this when purchasing, but have had difficulty figuring it out.
We appreciate your interest in this dryer. The drain hose would not be able to be setup through the washer but can be connected to the household drain. If you require assistance with connecting to the household drain, it is suggested to enlist the assistance of a qualified technician.
