DVD's will sometimes play, but getting worse day by day. At times, they won't play at all. Just keep getting ejected. If a DVD or cd is in the tray, you cannot listen to the radio or use a USB device. Can't play a disc if anything is in the USB input. The sounds doesn't stay consistent as some speakers randomly start to cut in and out. It's just all around a piece of junk.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product for the money. I really enjoy my LG Bluray Home theater system. It was easy to set up, seems to have great sound (I am no expert) and has features that I really love, such as playing both Bluray and DVD. Easily playing sound for all my devices, and having apps such as Netflix. That is a great perk right there. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because there are times when it freezes and I have to unplug it but it could be an app issue instead of a device issue. I just don't know. I am also having a playback issue with another app but again, this could be the app and not the device. So, regardless, I am really happy with this and would purchase it again if I had a second chance.

Did not. It having a lot of problems, freezes, we have to unplugs it, in the middle of the movie it take the tv to some crazy menu, and now is not even turning off.

The sound is better, but the thing locks the menu on the TV and you can't watch anything but the home menu screen ( NO PICTURE). I've spent hours trying to figure a way around this, I'm going to buy something else, don't waste your money.

Also during dvd playback, the TV speakers do not work. The sound quality from the system's speakers are very good especially the sub-woofer. System has many basic/optional features I have not even used yet

My girlfriend just moved from the USA to Australia and brought her LG BH6720 back with her. It's coded to USA movies. Area 1. Australian DVDs are area 4. When you go into the settings it only has an option under the "lock" of "area code" change to what?

I previously asked a question and received an answer regarding color buttons on my remote. I looked up the code on my remote and it's a universal remote. Is there a way to type in codes so I can log into my LG account on the TV?

All codes to be used for programming the Universal remote control will be located in the setup instructions for the Controller. If you have experienced trouble in locating codes for LG, you may also try using Zenith or Goldstar codes, as some of these coincide with LG frequencies. If these do not resolve the matter, then the two devices may not be compatible.

How do I sign in to my LG account on the lg app? It's saying to hit a certain color button but there's no color button on the remote

We appreciate your interest in this Home Theater System and its controls. The remote control provided with this system should have been designed with 4 colored buttons: RED, GREEN, YELLOW and BLUE. These 4 buttons should be located immediately above the number pad (1,2,3,AUDIO), and immediately below the VOLUME +/- button.

The LG 3D-Capable Blu-ray Disc™ Home Theater System with Smart TV and Wireless Connectivity, Model # BH6720S has an LG Content Store (App Store) that you can use to search for apps and download to My Apps. To use the LG Apps feature, you will need to sign in to your account. If you don't have one, you will need to register. You can find the instructions on how to register on page 57 of your owner's manual...^IFV

How can I change password I forgot

We appreciate your interest in this Home Theater System. According to page 36 of the owner’s manual, if you forget your password, you can clear it using the following steps: 1) Remove any disc that might be in the player; 2) Select the PASSWORD option in the SETUP menu; 3) Use the number pad to enter 210499. This will clear the password.
