Rated 3 out of 5 by from Kinda does the job Kind of does the job if you can't afford the $10,000 home theater. Have this unit over 10 years now about five years into owning it the dvd drawer would get stuck and act finicky. Finally One Day DVD got wedged in there and the door wouldn't open. Had to pry the drawer open since it was a rental DVD. that really jacked the drawer up and made it useless. Doesn't matter too much nowadays since we have so many streaming services. but every once in awhile the unit also shuts itself off for no reason in the middle of a movie. The remote was even worse, buttons wouldn't press correctly almost right out of the box and got worse to the point where the remote became useless after three or four years . Not the greatest sound in the world but not bad either. Good for movies surround sound 5.1 but music sounds really bad. I'll keep using it because I can't afford a new one. But I think the quality is just not there

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Decent system if you don't mind the sound dropping Got this at the same time I got an LG TV... which died within a couple of years. This sound system works fine most of the time, but here and there gets on a kick where it'll play 15-20 min of sound and then just cut out. If I turn it off and back on, no problem - sound back on... for another 15-20 min.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A top of the line product I've been using this product for over a month and have enjoyed the ease of use, and the sound quality. The best feature that I liked was the HDMI in and HDMI out. Last but not least is the built in Ipad/Iphone connector, I use it often.

My Network Blu-Ray Home Theater is showing error after loading a disc, can anyone help?

Asked by: OreoY
The LG Network Blu-ray Disc™ Home Theater System, Model # LHB335 will require some troubleshooting to determine why it is showing an error after loading a disc. Check to make sure that you do not have scratches on the disc. The unit, for some reason, does not recognize the disc. There are various reasons for this error, from the lens eye being dirty to a disc format that is incompatible with the player. It will need troubleshooting through a process of elimination. You can try a lens cleaning kit to see if that resolves the issue if you have never cleaned the lens eye...^IFV

I updated Firmware From v. 323C, to 364C using the "update software" internet connection on LHB335. But the LG support page shows 369C & 370C as the most recent downloads. (My unit doesn't allow FW updates via USB), but my unit says 364c is fully updated?

Asked by: Adrian97c
We regret the inconvenience you have experienced with this Home Theater System. Sometimes, firmware updates can be available by forced download only. If the system cannot download the file automatically, then a USB update will be the only available option.

I have the LHB335 that has 1 hdmi in & 1 hdmi out... I have 2 questions... I noticed CEC commands aren't working (PS4 to LHB335 in, then from hdmi out, to TV).. 1) does the LHB335's HDMI 1.3a ports not support CEC? 2) is does LHB335 support ARC?

Asked by: Adrian97c
HDMI Ethernet and Audio Return Channel (ARC) were introduced in HDMI 1.4 so the HFDMI 1.3a ports on the LG Network Blu-ray Disc™ Home Theater System, Model # LHB335 do not support HDMI ARC functionality. That is a feature that was supported on the LG 3D-Capable Blu-ray Disc™ Home Theater System with Smart TV, Model # LHB336 that succeeded the LHB335. HDMI-CEC is an interoperable standard that can be found on just about any TV or peripheral even though it may not be listed as HDMI-CEC in the product's specifications since manufacturers call it by their own branded name. This feature is often disabled by default and will need to be turned on. On LG products, HDMI-CEC is branded as SimpLink™ and is a feature that is supported on the LHB335...^IFV
