Sound lag between LG tv and new soundbar; LG Electronics NB2030A Sound Bar
set up my LG Electronics NB2030A Sound Bar and when using it there is a sound lag between the LG Smart TV and the sound bar. If I switch back to TV speakers (which sound terrible in comparison) there is no lag. Is it a problem with the speaker or is there a solution?
We appreciate your interest in this Television and Sound Bar. According to the information found on page 12 of the owner’s manual, the menu screens for the NB2030A has an AV SYNC option. This is designed to adjust and correct the delay between the video and audio signals. If you have additional questions about this matter, please contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000.

how can I program the volume of the sound bar to my u-verse learning remote control
I need to use the remote for the sound bar to adjust the volume up or down.
All codes to be used for programming the Universal remote control will be located in the setup instructions for the Controller. If you have experienced trouble in locating codes for LG, you may also try using Zenith or Goldstar codes, as some of these coincide with LG frequencies.

How do I keep the sound bars volume level up at the level I set it to when I use the + button on the top of it?
I use this sound bar with my new LG 60PN5700 plasma that has the wireless Sound Sync feature. I set it so my TV speakers are off and I hear all the sound through the sound bar. The sound bar's volume level is now controled through my TV's volume level, which is great. The sound bar is not very loud however. When I press the sound + button on the top of the sound bar its' volume level does go up nicely, and I can get nice full sound out of it with my TV's volume level only up in the 20 range. But the moment I adjust the TV volume either up or down, the sound bar's volume jumps back down to the original low volume level. I have to turn the TV's sound volume up into the 70 range to get any real volume out of it. How do I keep the sound bars volume level up at the level I set it to when I use the + button on the top of it?
We regret the inconvenience you have experienced with this Sound Bar. The audio volume levels should not produce such a dramatic jump in the audio levels. There may be a problem with the Sound Bar itself, or with the audio output channel on the TV itself. It is recommended to contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000 to troubleshoot this device.

Do you still make the NB2530A soundbar, or has it been replaced?
A friend has the NB2530A soundbar with Bluetooth and no separate subwoofer. It works fine, and I wanted to buy one for my LG television, but I can't find it at BestBuy. Has it been discontinued, or replaced?
can other bluetooth speakers be added to this bar?
