What people are saying
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Features, Fantastic Picture I've had this TV almost a month. It's by far the best I've ever had.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product!! I have used the TV for about three weeks and found it be as advertised. Beautiful picture! Easy to assemble and easy connections to different support accessories. Found floor sales persons very helpful as well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent TV with some software bugs to be fixed I finally gave up my 50" plasma TV for the LG OLED55B7A and I am very happy with the decision. The video is excellent. I found as I usually do that I needed to play around a little with the picture settings, but video is very good right out of the box. Cinema and Technicolor modes are closest to my taste. UHD and HDR feeds really show this set off, but even 1080 HD feeds look better on this set than on any I've ever seen. Except for one matter, the audio is not relevant to me since I run all audio through a separate stereo system. (That's why I got the B7A instead of the E7.) The only problem I've had is that switching the inputs among different levels of HDMI, particularly from 2.x to 1.x, both the internal and external audio disappears. I have a programmable remote that I've set up with a workaround for this problem, but that is not the best answer. You also may find the audio synchronization adjustment useful, depending on your source devices. Over all, I highly recommend this TV and I hope LG will address the HDMI switching bug.

Dear all, Which is the solution for the "network congestion" error? Also, how can I add other apps besides YouTube?  Thank you.

Asked by: Remus
Mine does the same thing with YouTube in the States and has for a long time. All the Apps, although severely limited compared to the newer units, have updated except for YouTube where I get this error. I don't understand why VUDU and the like can keep up to date and others don't. Was this the wrong device/manufacturer to purchase?

Fast and Furious 6 Not Playing

The new Fast and Furious 6 blu ray disc will not play in this player. Is there a known issue, or maybe a firmware update that will fix this? I'm on the latest firmware that's currently available as of 1/10/14.

how do you upgrade an LHB953 blu ray?

We appreciate your interest in this Home Theater System. Software updates can typically be installed by placing the update file in the root directory of a USB Flash Drive, by itself. Apply the drive to the USB port on the device. The update will install itself. Follow any onscreen instructions that it might provide. The update for this device can be found on our website at http://www.lg.com/us/support-product/lg-LHB953#. Please contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000 should additional questions arise.
