Everything will load up, you click on a movie/show to watch and it says " We're sorry we are having trouble playing the this title right now. Please try again later or select a different title." ON EVERY SINGLE THING. At first I had thought maybe I was having a connection problem, so I checked my router and all the cables and they are perfectly fine, then I thought maybe it could be a problem with my account, nope, works just fine online. I don't understand what the issue could possibly be. I am never buying a LG blu ray player ever again. Only redeeming aspect it that it plays movies with no problems at all.

Hello, Does the USB port have to be reset somehow to switch Flash Drives. The first USB Flash drive I used was a 64 Gig. I wanted more movies in the drive, so I put a 128 Gig Flash drive in the port, but it will not access the drive.

Hello, as long as the new Flash Drive meets the requirements in the manual it should work. You can try to reset the unit by unplugging it for 1 hour and plugging it back in. If that does not work, please feel free to give us a call at 1-800-243-0000. ^AC

I apologize, but no; the OPEN/CLOSE button on the machine or on the remote control will be the only options for opening the disc tray. ¿How do I know if my remote is damaged or if I simply cannot connect my Android phone via USB to it? I can do any task I desire except change from disc to USB on the menu, for photos, music or video. I checked connection and batteries and still nothing.
