LG costumer service is awful and with no respect !
I bought this over 2 months ago and it was nothing but a on going battle. I bought this from Walmart with no indication that the remote and power cord was missing from the box.
I thought it as any other company I have dealt with in the pass, just provide the information and they would send the replacement needed parts.... Nothing but drama and stress and having to get in trouble at work to make phone calls during business hours. Made more then 10 Phone calls about this and that back and forth just for a remote and power cord to enjoy a simple movie, they gave me a hard time time about everything. The first time going more then 13 days without receiving what I needed ad come to find out it was never sent. Only to find out they never send it with ignorance to contact me though anything such as a # or email. to only provide 3 x after that what they requested the same info, that for some reason was not good enough the first 2x. all said and done with little care about all this issue and drama for a remote and power cord, I finally received....
